DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE & E-SIGN COMPLIANCE POLICY

This Digital Acceptance & E-SIGN Compliance Policy outlines the legal enforceability of electronic agreements for tryTuring LLC, located at 32 North Gould St STE #43621, Sheridan, WY 82801. By digitally accepting agreements, users and affiliates acknowledge the validity of electronic signatures under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

1. LEGAL RECOGNITION OF ELECTRONIC AGREEMENTS
  • By checking the required box or clicking "I Agree," users and affiliates legally accept the terms and conditions of tryTuring LLC agreements.
  • Digital acceptance carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
  • Users acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms before consenting.
2. RECORDING & STORAGE OF DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE

tryTuring LLC records and stores acceptance logs, including:

  • Timestamp of agreement acceptance
  • IP address of the accepting party
  • User account identification details

These records are maintained for legal and compliance purposes and may be used as evidence if disputes arise.

3. OPT-OUT & ALTERNATIVE ACCEPTANCE METHODS
  • Users who do not wish to accept agreements electronically may request a physical copy of the agreement for manual signing.
  • To request an alternative acceptance method, users must contact tryTuring LLC before using the platform.
4. MODIFICATION & UPDATES TO DIGITAL AGREEMENTS
  • tryTuring LLC reserves the right to update digital agreements, with notice provided via email or platform notifications.
  • Continued use of the platform after notice of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
  • Any disputes related to electronic agreements shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma.
